I recently used Spectators for catering for my son's college send off party and it was great! This was my first time ordering catering from Spectators and I just want to say that Franscisco from the SugarLand location was super helpful in helping me determine what and how much to order based on my budget. When I picked up the food from the Spectators Harvest Green location the staff was super friendly and helped me load everything in the car. The food was a big hit amongst my guests especially the burger sliders, chicken sliders, wings, and chicken quesadillas. I will definitely consider Spectators catering for my next event!!!

I stopped in hoping to enjoy some food and play a few songs on the jukebox, but apparently customer choice isn’t something this place values. Even though I paid to queue my music, the staff shut it down and switched everything over to sports without any explanation. It completely killed the atmosphere and made it feel like guests don’t matter unless they want whatever the TV is showing. What made it worse is the waitress told us the manager turned it off to be petty because he didn’t like the music that was being played by previous guest so he decided that he wouldn’t let any guest play anymore music. If a restaurant offers a jukebox, they should actually let customers use it — not override it the moment someone wants to listen to something other than sports. Really disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.

It is difficult to write a positive review when one member of our party found glass in his food. I want to start by recognizing our server, Alexandra. She was exceptional throughout the evening. Very attentive, professional, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about the situation. She handled an incredibly uncomfortable incident with grace and professionalism and deserves every bit of recognition for her service. If I could rate her separately, she would receive five stars and the entire tip. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Francisco, was the complete opposite. From the moment he approached our table, he seemed reluctant to address the issue. Rather than expressing concern for a guest who had just bitten into glass and suffered cuts to his gums and tongue, he appeared skeptical and dismissive. His attitude made us feel as though he believed we had somehow placed the glass in the dish ourselves. To be clear, no reasonable person would intentionally injure themselves by biting into glass over a $10 plate of food. We arrived as a party of 2 at 8pm on a Friday. It wasn't very busy so we were asked to seat ourselves. The music was really good! We ordered wings & a few drinks while we waited for the Rockets game. We ordered the lemon pepper wings & the medium heat buffalo wings. I also ordered the bacon cheeseburger that came with onion rings on the burger & a side of fries. I had a Moscow mule. It was ok. We also had water, Red Bull & Yenglings. The food was good. My burger was good. The Rockets were losing so we left at halftime. I would recommend this place to hang out. Our server Anita was very attentive even as it started getting busy.

We went to this place on July 4th before going for fireworks. The place was a bit empty at the time (there were only few tables with people) so we could enjoy our moment just for ourselves. There was a burger special for $13 so we all got that, and the burger was magnificent! I had my burger as medium rare and fries as truffle fries, which you should definitely try it. On top of that, the service was also awesome! 👍 Really deserved her tip. Definitely a good place to hang out with friends and family while grabbing some burgers and beers.
